Pujols has fractured wrist, to miss 4-6 weeks Albert Pujols has been diagnosed with a small fracture in his left wrist and will miss 4-6 weeks.

At least, that's what the Cardinals are saying right now. Under manager Tony La Russa they've tended to provide optimistic misinformation on injuries, and it's quite possible that they're again leaving something out. Pujols also appeared to bang his shoulder in Sunday's collision at first base. He will be placed on the disabled list shortly.
